Good location in the heart of Georgetown. Very close to all shops and restaurants.
A bit outdated. Poor wifi service. Staff were either friendly and helpful or very unhelpful! Lacked consistency. Staff answered questions but never went the extra mile to tell you more information - e.g. Q do the buses run from outside the hotel, A yes. Would have been more helpful to tell us to take either the 32 or 36 but not to take the 31! Staff need to be trained to give more than yes, no answers.

Its rooms are spotless with a modern shower and coffee machine and a convertible sofa. The best thing is location - not far from the restaurant and the National Mall.

Strongly recommend for a short-term stay
Spacious room, comfortable bed. Our king-sized bed ensured we had an excellent night's sleep, and the modern bathroom featured a beautiful design and ample amenities.

Great spot, but needs some work!
The location is super convenient with plenty of eateries and shops around. Check-in was easy, and I loved the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. The HVAC in my room didn't work, so it seemed like a sauna inside. Plus, the walls are paper-thin, so I heard every convo next door! Not ideal for sleep.

I was not pleased with my stay.
Reviews online promised that this hotel would be luxurious with comfortable bathrobes and a large tub. My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a special Christmas Eve stay. Instead, we were greeted by an unfriendly receptionist who curtly told us that tubs were only for handicapped rooms. The room itself was dingy and the walls were so thin that we spent the night listening to our neighbors tv, even after making a noise complaint. It was not comfortable and highly overpriced.

Everything was beautiful, magnificent location close to Georgetown, waterfront and Georgetown University and Waterfront, really lovely experience. Everyone who worked there was very very helpful and knowledgeable. The team provided an exceptional service and the room was well priced with bathtub and bar plus a nice view over Martin's Bar😃
